What is free, and what does the purchase unlock?
Sectors 1 and 2 with their bosses, the pilot Vaxx and the Daily Challenge are free. One one-time purchase unlocks Sectors 3 to 10, endless Deep Space, the pilots Vector, Megs and Bari, Boss Rush and Heat levels. There are no ads, no subscriptions and no consumable purchases, and Stardust is never sold.
What is Deep Space?
Deep Space is an endless mode. It is part of the full game, and it opens once you have beaten the Sector 10 boss. Sectors keep coming with all ten bosses and every board mechanic mixed together, a little faster each wave, and you draft cards as in an expedition. Your deepest depth is kept on your device and shown in your Profile.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open Settings and tap Restore Purchases under Full game, or tap Restore Purchases on the unlock screen. You need to be signed in to the same Apple Account that bought the game. Family Sharing is supported.
I was charged and the game is still locked.
Tap Restore Purchases first. If that does not help, email us with your order number from Apple's receipt.
Can I get a refund?
Apple handles all refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I move my progress to a new iPhone?
If you restore the new phone from a backup, your progress comes with it. Otherwise, on the old phone open Settings, then Accessibility and data, and tap Export save code. Send the text to the new phone and tap Import save code there. A save code carries your progress and Stardust. Purchases are restored through Apple, not through the code.
My progress looks lost or damaged.
Do not reset anything yet. If the game cannot read a save file, it leaves the file alone and offers to contact support. Email us from that notice.
How does the Daily Challenge work?
Everyone gets the same seed, pilot and mutators each day, with one ranked attempt. If the app is closed during your first attempt, you get one more try. Assist mode marks a Daily as practice.
What accessibility options are there?
Settings, then Accessibility, has colorblind and high-contrast gem palettes, Reduce Motion, left-handed mode, a choice between steer pad and gesture controls, and Assist mode.
Does it work on iPad?
Pullstar is made for iPhone. It runs on an iPad in iPhone compatibility mode.
What do you do with my data?
We collect none. Read the privacy policy.
