This website sets no cookies, runs no tracking scripts and loads nothing from other companies. Each app has its own privacy policy on its page.

Hosting
The website runs on a server rented from IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. The server is in a data centre in Spain, in the European Union. IONOS processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).
Server logs
When you open a page, the web server records your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page (the page you came from, if your browser sends it), your browser’s user agent (which names your browser and operating system) and the server’s response (status code and size). We need this to deliver the site and to keep it secure and running, for example to spot and block attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are rolled every day and deleted after 14 days.
Visitor statistics
We count visits by analysing those same server logs on our own server with the open-source tool GoAccess. No script runs in your browser, nothing is stored on your device, and no other company receives the data. The statistics show pages, referring pages, browsers and operating systems. IP addresses are anonymised in the report, and only we can open it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used so that we can improve it (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The statistics are based on the logs, so the 14-day limit applies to the data they are built from.
Light and dark mode
If you use the theme button, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage under the key alzefa-theme. It is not sent to us or to anyone else, and it never leaves your device. We store it only so that the site shows the setting you chose, which is strictly necessary for that function (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). You can delete it in your browser settings.
Fonts
All fonts are stored on our own server. Your browser does not contact Google or any other font provider, and this site loads no other resources from other companies.
If you email info@alzefa.com or support@alzefa.com, we receive your email address and your message. We use them only to answer you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR when your message is about a purchase or another contract, and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering your request (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the messages when they are no longer needed to help you, unless the law requires us to keep them. Our email is hosted by Apple (iCloud+). Apple may store and process the messages on servers outside the European Union, including in the USA; Apple states that it covers these transfers with the EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 15 to 18, 20 and 21 GDPR). To use them, write to info@alzefa.com.
Complaints
You can complain to a data protection authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany, or the authority where you live.
